It's the first few days of the new year and 2022 is already looking rocky for people's relationships. DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good announced that they were getting a divorce and we are sad about it. We both appreciated them as a couple but this was also a reminder that we shouldn't deem people as "couple goals"-- especially because we don't always know what is happening behind closed doors.

Thanksgiving has passed which means that it's officially the holidays. This week we discussed our holiday plans and how we are feeling going into this holiday season. For some, this is an exciting time of the year. For others, the holidays bring up negative emotions and seasonal affective disorder (AKA SAD). We also can't forget that we are still technically in a panoramic and now there's another new variant. To sum it up, the holidays are A LOT to handle so taking care of your physical and mental health should be the top priority this season.

Rest In Peace to John Hilgert (14), Brianna Rodriguez (16), Jacob E. Jurinek (20), Axel Acosta (21), Franco Patiño (21), Madison Dubiski (23), Rudy Peña (23), and Danish Baig (27). We are praying for their family and friends during this tragic time.

There are at least 2 people currently in critical condition and fighting for their lives. Our prayers go out to Ezra Blount (9), Bharti Shahani (22), their families, and all of the other victims.
