Sometimes, you can miss someone and still know you deserve better.
In this episode of I Just Got Here, I talk about the complicated grief that comes with leaving a long-term relationship. I miss the memories. I miss the person I thought he was. I grieve the future I imagined we would have. But I’m also realizing that I wasn’t asking for too much—I was asking for the bare minimum. And somewhere along the way, I started lowering my expectations just to make the relationship feel like enough.
This is what it looks like to grieve someone while choosing yourself. To admit that you still care, while also accepting that love isn’t enough when there’s no growth, effort, or willingness to change.
I don’t regret loving him. But I’m finally learning that I don’t have to settle for less just because I loved someone deeply.
Maybe you can miss someone and still move on. Maybe you can grieve what you had, grieve what you thought you’d have, and still believe that something better is waiting for you.
I’m still figuring it out.

I’ve been feeling guilty for moving on.
Not because I want my old relationship back, but because after years with one person, finding happiness somewhere new felt… wrong.
In this episode, I open up about ending a long-term relationship, co-parenting, meeting someone new, and the guilt that comes with allowing yourself to be happy again. I talk about questioning my feelings, wondering if I was moving too fast, and realizing that just because a relationship ends doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to heal.
Sometimes the hardest part of moving forward isn’t letting go of the past, it’s giving yourself permission to enjoy the present.
If you’ve ever felt guilty for choosing yourself, this episode is for you.

This episode is what happens when you stop performing “growth” and actually sit with yourself.
I got honest about my patterns, my relationships, my impulsiveness, and the versions of me I thought I outgrew but keep finding myself revisiting. I talk about accountability, emotional triggers, and what it means to actually change instead of just looking like you are.
It’s uncomfortable. It’s real. And it’s probably the most honest I’ve been on here.
If you made it all the way to the end, come talk to me about it. I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

You buy things to distract yourself, compare yourself to people online, keep promises to everyone except yourself, and then wonder why you don’t feel confident. But confidence isn’t always about appearance. Sometimes it’s about your relationship with yourself. So today we’re asking a slightly uncomfortable question: do you actually like yourself?
This episode is for anyone who has lost themselves and is finding their way back! :)

Somewhere between crying, venting, overthinking, and mentally spiraling… I realized I wasn’t “crazy” or “ungrateful.” I was emotionally overloaded.
In this bonus Mother’s Day episode, I talk about emotional purging, what happens when you suppress too much for too long, and why finally letting yourself FEEL everything might be one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself.
This episode is raw, unfiltered, slightly chaotic, a little funny, and very honest. We’re talking emotional constipation, burnout, irritation, motherhood, overstimulation, nervous system overload, and the strange clarity that comes after finally releasing everything you’ve been holding in.
So if you’ve been feeling emotionally heavy lately… this episode is for you.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms listening. Please take care of yourselves too.

Lately, my life has been improving in ways I’ve been praying for… and somehow, I still don’t feel okay.
In this episode, I’m being completely honest about what I’ve been feeling: anger, burnout, frustration, and the confusion that comes with outgrowing parts of your life that no longer align with who you’re becoming.
I talk about what it feels like to be in that in-between phase where things are getting better, but you’re not fully there yet. Where you’re aware of what needs to change, but you’re still living in environments, routines, and dynamics that drain you.
This episode is raw, unfiltered, and emotional. If you’ve ever felt like you “should” be happy because things are finally working out, but you’re not, this is for you.
You’re not ungrateful. You’re evolving.
If you made it all the way to the end, come talk to me about it. I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

You don’t need to trauma dump to feel connected, but a lot of us do it without even realizing.
In this episode, I’m calling myself out, and maybe you too.
We’re getting into:
Because real friendship isn’t built in one night.
And you don’t have to bleed in front of people just to be seen.
If you’ve ever wondered why your friendships don’t stick this one’s for you.
If you made it all the way to the end, come talk to me about it. I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

You don't trust yourself as much as you think you do...
In this episode, we're talking about:
It's not about motivation.
It's about doing what you said you were going to do.
