This week’s episode is an honest conversation about insecurity, where it comes from, how it follows us into adulthood, and why confidence is not something you wait for but something you build through action.
In this episode, I talk about the many roots of insecurity, including childhood conditioning, past relationships, body image, comparison, and the self doubt that grows when you stop trusting your own promises. I reflect on how other people’s insecurities can become internalized, how certain experiences shaped the way I viewed myself, and what it looks like to slowly unlearn those beliefs.
I also revisit something I once believed about myself, that I had already healed and moved on from certain patterns, and how growth sometimes means realizing you were still learning. This episode is about honesty with yourself, accountability without shame, and learning how to feel secure before you ever feel confident.
We talk about self trust, consistency, jealousy, healing, and the quiet ways confidence begins to grow when you start showing up for your own life.
This is not a conversation about becoming perfectly confident overnight. It is about becoming more grounded, more self aware, and more secure one decision at a time.
If you made it all the way to the end, come talk to me about it. I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
