Failing is just a part of the process to be Great. Accept it. Process it. And see that it will serve you in the long run and help you to create your own path to Greatness.

Being Great is also about having Great people in your corner. Who is your tribe? Are they people who inspire you to be Great? If not, maybe it's time to move on. Time does not make a Great tribe or community, purpose does.
