I got to talk to Chad who is the owner of Civil Pour and heads up the Big Texas Beer Festival. We talked about the positives and challenges of running a place that serves both beer and coffee, and of course, the Big Texas Beer Festival.

A very special little episode for this Christmas! Thanks for listening and I will see you in the New Year!
A fun little episode here, Josh from @intelligent.conversations had me on this podcast to talk about craft beer and it was a blast. Josh is too young to drink which made his questions all the more fun because his point of reference is so different from whom I usually talk with. I hope you check out the full episode listed below and give him a follow.

Sooo....I was supposed to me coming back from Brussels this week and Covid decided to change those plans, so I am releasing this episode that was suppose to come out right before I left. I had a chat with Liselot of Beer Secret, a beer tour group running private and group beer tours in Brussels, Ghent and the surrounding area.
Liselot was a joy to talk to and knowledge of Belgian beer and beer culture makes this an amazing stand alone episode.
Also, there are a whole bunch of places we talk about, which I have listed here in chronological order.
Please follow Liselot on IG and if you are planning or are thinking about planning a trip to Brussels, please check her tours out!

Season 4 Finale! Dad into beer with my Dad!
I can't think of a better way to end Season 4 than with an interview with my dad, @edheida.
We did a chat over the phone and talked about how he grew up around alcohol, my growing up around alcohol, and finally, the first time he tried a sour. I hope you enjoy this heartfelt episode. Cheers!

My interview with the Smittox Brewing team was probably the most fun I have had on my podcast to date. They were such a great group of guys and I really appreciate the time they took to be on the podcast. Please take the time to check out their Mainvest link below and bring something big for the DFW beer community. Smittox Mainvest Site
