Two episodes in one day?! Yup- that's what I felt led to do- so here you go 🙂.
This episode is all about friendship. It's a topic I've felt led to talk about for a few years now- and the timing felt right.
Friendship from the perspective of human to human.
Friendship from the perspective of the Coach/Healer and client.
One of the main messages out of this episode: you HAVE to be your own best friend first- before you can truly be a friend to someone else.
I asked Kristin to come on this episode with me again because we have had a lot of fabulous and expansive conversations over the last 4 years around many topics- friendship being one of them. In the work that we do- it can be easy for people to desire a friendship with us or to think/assume that we already ARE friends. One of the most important lessons I've learned so far in my 42 years on this planet- at the root of a lot of miscommunication, hurt and anger are different definitions. Different definitions of concepts, words, ideas- if not clearly communicated- can lead to confusion and a lack of clarity. If we're able to clearly communicate- we can see, feel, and hear: WE ARE ALL ONE. When you can feel someone's heart, pure intentions and love- you feel pulled to it. This is why I've worked so hard on my ability to communicate- because I understand that this is necessary in order to help people see, feel and hear: WE ARE ALL ONE.
The 411 on Kristin Wise:
Kristin Wise is founder of Wise Holistic Healing (LLC), a gentle place to build consistency in living a holistically balanced life you love. She is also lead consultant for Wise Woman Consulting Services and supports clients in personal consulting, burn out recovery/prevention, employee wellness, non profit consulting and solopreuneur support. I very rarely talk about myself- unless asked.
I'm also a very good listener- a deep listener. Unless you're intentional, I will typically be the one asking questions.
Today's episode is different. I asked Kristin Wise of Wise Holistic Healing to join me as the host today for I love it when- to interview me! This idea came from my mentor, EnMay Mangels, back at the very beginning of this podcast in June 2022- exactly 2 years ago! Prior to recording EnMay mentioned that I needed to have someone come on the podcast and interview me- to ask me questions.
I asked Kristin to host because we've spent the last 4 years getting to know each other both personally and professionally- and she's also highly intuitive- so I knew she would follow her intuition throughout the process as well.
In today's episode we cover a wide range of questions, some of which are:
-Why "I love it when" for the name... why I started the company? Did I plan for it?
-I shared more about my education and background in social work, art and sociology.
-Is spirituality a "phase" for me? How do you define spirituality?
-What made me want to integrate spirituality into my business?
-How I've been healing through my business, healing through my finances.
-What has surprised me along the way?
-How are you different from other healers and coaches?

Grief and loss can be very difficult to talk about and share. I am thrilled to introduce you all to Maryann Udel- a beautiful soul who helps individuals and businesses with various topics related to change, loss and grief. This is a topic that 100% needs to be talked about more on both a personal and business capacity! This conversation aligns with so much of what I talk about with people at my retreats and in our coaching.
In this episode we talk about:
-Her experience at the age of 24 of losing her husband that ultimately led her to become an author, speaker and certified Life & Business Coach
-How she helps people in 1:1 settings and groups begin to process their grief
-How grief is still not yet a topic that is talked about enough
-And how suppressing your feelings/emotions will begin to show up in all sorts of ways within your body!
The 411 on Maryann:
Maryann Udel is a best-selling author, speaker and certified Life and Business Coach, experienced in managing loss. She guides individuals and businesses through major transitions.
She was unexpectedly introduced to the world of grief at the age of 24 when her husband died in an automobile accident. Over the years, she found a way to live, laugh, love, find joy and thrive.
Through her company, Sheltering Tree, she offers 1-on-1 support, group programs, retreats, and workshops on various topics related to change, loss and grief. Whether it’s working with businesses or with individuals dealing with death, an illness, a divorce, a break-up, or job loss – she helps them make peace with the past so that they can embrace the promise of their future.
In the anthology book, Unleashing Your Soul Level Magic, she shares about her journey in the chapter, “From Grief to Purpose”. Unleashing Your Soul-level Magic - https://www.amazon.com/Unleashing-Your-Soul-Level-Magic-Transition-ebook/dp/B0BWGTY946/

Excited to be back with you all and hit on the last 3 aspects/steps from the previous episode: building self awareness, tools for change & integration and embodiment!
In today's episode I share some tips I have around building self awareness- which is critical if you want to change or shift some aspect of your life. You first need to become aware of what it is you want to change! The second step I talk about is my top 8 tools for change- which include things like meditation, setting intentions (seems so simple- but why don't we do it?!), and breathwork. The last piece is integration and embodiment. We can gather all the learning and certifications in the world- but the real work begins when we learn how to LIVE IT. This includes things like having hard conversations, setting and sticking to boundaries, utilizing meditation or breathwork when we're feeling stuck or anxious. This is walking the walk!
Lastly, I pull one more card for May from my Angel Guide Deck.. tune in to hear more about what I pulled and how it may resonate for you.
Please share with me on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook- comment on this episode and share about what resonated for you the most!

It's been a minute since I did a solo episode! Excited to be back with you all and hit on one of my favorite topics: manifesting and creating an environment that supports your highest and best version of YOU!
In today's episode I share about how I manifested my partner Tom while in the bathroom.... I know, it sounds hilarious and a bit ridiculous- but it will make sense once you listen! A big part of creating change in our lives is DECIDING to- and drawing a line in the sand. This conversation around "deciding" then flows directly into what I share next!
I was a keynote speaker for Radiance: Illuminate Your Inner Power this past weekend- it was a fabulous event for empowering women of all ages. The title of my talk was: A Walk With Mo. I invited everyone to go on a walk with me that day- and to look at 5 areas of our life that could bring us more peace and joy when in alignment. The first step is to "decide" that you want something different. The second step is to look at your environment. WHO do you allow around you? WHAT do you allow around you? What kind of INPUT do you have right now (what tv, movies, music, words, etc)?
The last piece is I went back to my last solo episode on December 28th 2023- and I looked at the 3 angel cards I pulled for us for 2024. I then did a bit of reflection on how these have played out for me already- just 4 months into the year!

In today's episode- you get to hear from my friend Bella Williams. I love it when.... I have the opportunity to share someone's story that may ignite something in you. I met Bella when I was a speaker for a company retreat back in 2019. One of the reasons she connected with me was because I spoke about my intuition during my keynote. I knew I was deeply led to talk about my intuition more and more- and I also knew it wasn't something that many people spoke about publicly or incorporated into a talk like this. If I hadn't followed my intuition- I'm not sure I would have connected with Bella or the other people I did while there in Vermont.
Everyone has something to teach you. You can learn something from anyone- if you remain open, listen deeply and are conscious of your presence.
In this episode we talk about:
•How she got on this path
• Why she decided to take the leaps she did- and how she began
• Why she wrote Strong Girls
• Her recent trip to South Africa to talk about Strong Girls and women's rights
• Intuition and how she leans into it and the unknown for her journey
The 411 on Bella:
Isabella Williams, a spirited small-town girl hailing from Vermont, boldly ventured beyond her roots to embrace the world. Crowned Miss Vermont Earth 2023, she didn't stop there. As a published children's book author, she's on a mission to bridge educational gaps, advocating for confidence and self-assurance as essential ingredients for learning. Taking her passion to South Africa, she ignited the spirits of thousands of African children, empowering them to embrace education and champion women's rights. Isabella's journey is a testament to the power of determination and the ripple effect of one individual's passion.

Episode just dropped! My partner Tom just had to close down his retail storefront business, MyMyToyStore- and is now launching “Planet Mynd Play Lab”. I wanted to have him share more about how this has happened over the last few weeks and have him give us the juicy details on his new venture!
From Tom:
“While operating a retail storefront these past two years, it became clear that I had far more fun connecting with visitors than selling shiny new product. I am closing MyMytoyStore as a retail storefront to fully launch Planet Mynd Play Lab. Planet Mynd realizes my core belief in the transformative power of play. Through in-person play events, workshops, educational demos, and blaster league competitions, Planet Mynd will show how active play always beats passive content consumption, that in-person is always better than virtual, and that hanging out over a beer is always better AFTER play, not instead of. Play naturally teaches us to live communally with one another and calms our nervous systems. It’s also really, really fun!
Planet Mynd will allow me to use my 52 years of life experience— comic book reader, sci-fi & fantasy reader, D&D player (always warrior/thief), Division 1 swimmer, Ivy League economics graduate, litigation attorney, father, marketer, trauma survivor, academic coach, corporate facilitator, public speaker, swimming coach, corporate trainer, event organizer, community organizer, fiction writer, and now foam dart blaster modder— and pour it into play events and game experiences that will light up the best parts of ourselves. The first events will launch at the Snohomish Sports Dome in downtown Snohomish starting in March.

I first met Kiana when I asked her if I could co-host a class at her yoga studio in downtown Everett, WA.
She said yes and then during the class we had a meditation where I felt very much led to connect with her over coffee, and I'm so glad we have!
In this episode we talk about:
• What brought Kiana to yoga
• Why she chose to start a yoga studio in downtown Everett, WA
• How yoga helped her hear and connect with her intuition more deeply
• Her top 2-3 tips on how to connect with your intuition
• The location for the next Urban Yogis retreat!
Here's the 411 on Kiana:
I started Urban Yogis to continue growing a community of like minded humans to have a space to gather, to deepen their practice, have meaningful conversations, and make life long lasting friendships. Creating space where you can unplug and reclaim your connection from within.
As a passionate yoga instructor, it fuels my soul guiding students through the transformative practice of yoga. With a specialization in restorative yoga I focus on creating a nurturing space that allows individuals to find solace, strength, and release within themselves. My classes are more than physical movements; they're an invitation for empowerment, encouraging students to delve deeper into their practice, discover their inner strength, and stand in their power on and off the mat!
Through blends of poses, breathwork, and mindfulness, I aim to help people sink into the profound depths of their own practice, fostering a journey of self-discovery and well-being. I love to teach a fiery Hatha, but I live to bring you zen!
I welcome you to listen to this episode with a curious mind- what do you feel in your body?
