Lucas Caneda is Global Team Lead at UNIQORN Incubator and a professional rugby player for Sarlat Rugby Team. Lucas grew up as a die-hard rugby fan and started playing at the tender age of 5. Despite suffering what many thought would be a career-ending knee injury, he moved to France and built a career as a professional rugby player. 

After a few years in France, Lucas joined the Sarlat Rugby Team where he first met Dom Einhorn, the Founder, and CEO of the UNIQORN incubator-accelerator. Lucas immediately joined the incubator's rugby program and now works as Global Team Lead for the incubator, and two of its startups, FORMATION.GG and CXSports. 

A student of engineering, management, economics, and self-taught in nutrition and fitness, Lucas has always had a very keen interest in business, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Rich Butler is an NYC product through and through. Born in the Bronx and raised in Queens, NY, Rich is one of four children, with three of the four children adopted by his mother, Irma. Irma was a career foster parent specializing in raising children with special needs. Irma officially adopted Rich a few weeks before her passing in 2000 after raising him since he was an infant when his biological mother gave him away. Rich continued paying his mother's work forward by becoming the guardian of his two adoptive special needs sisters and raising them currently with help from his brother. When not working on growing RAGE Works or the podcast network, Rich can found spending time with his wife and young daughter.

Richard  is a fifteen-year podcasting veteran who got the podcast bug after appearing on Video Game News Radio and the CSS podcast in Canada as a guest. He started the My Take Radio podcast in 2006, covering mixed martial arts, pro wrestling, gaming, and entertainment. After some podcasting burnout, Rich relaunched My Take Radio as a live call-in show via Blog Talk Radio airing every Thursday from 11 PM to 2 AM. During that time, Rich interviewed various fighters, actors, wrestlers, and entertainment personalities, but the rigors of a three-hour broadcast were taking their toll. So Rich decided to start to do the show twice per week and continued that until the show's 400th episode. The My Take Radio brand morphed into RAGE Works throughout the podcast journey and served as a foundation for the RAGE Works Podcast Network serving as its flagship podcast.
 
 The staff from My Take Radio and later RAGE Works got the podcast bug and launched their own podcasts on the network with many shows already in the triple digits of episodes. Rich continues to grow the network and is always on the hunt for unique and diverse voices who can resonate with the RAGE Works audience.

"A little girl, armed with dimples and a compassionate nature, silently maneuvered her way through the wicked shadows toward a beckoning light. She moved with her head bowed in fear, hands clasped in prayer above her head, begging God to make the pain stop, and with God's light shining down upon her, a unicorn shadow was cast on the plaster wall beyond her. Legend has it the unicorn bestowed miracles, magic, and wisdom. The unicorn, therefore, represents opening oneself to infinite possibilities.

Unicorn Shadows is the story of my journey through trauma. By age 22 I had survived an attempted drowning by an alcoholic parent; physical abuse at the hands of a parent; sexual molestations by various predators; date rape; gang attack; attempted rape by a police officer; bank robbery in which a gun was held to my head and my co-worker was stabbed 3 times with a hunting knife; and a second bank robbery in which my co-worker was shot and murdered and I found myself face-to-face with an armed gunman. Those are merely the highlights.

It is a story of faith, of finding peace amidst the chaos, of believing in the miracle of hope. The unicorn shadow represents the pain of the prayer while simultaneously portraying the hope of the miracle within.
