In this short and sweet episode, I emphasize the importance of practicing kindness, empathy, and grace as we learn to allow ourselves to take up space. I talk about how making ourselves small for others restricts our ability to experience true joy, and how by authentically embracing who we are, we encourage others to do the same.

In this episode, I give a little introduction and talk about what brought me to where I am today — the crazy experiences that led me to my calling as an artist (from a house fire to an unexpected brain bleed), what I gained from those experiences, and how they impacted my journey as an artist. I talk about what I’m up to now, why I chose to start a Podcast, and I also share some ideas for what to expect in future episodes.
