Let's Talk Bout It!!!!! I went through a Intimate Partner Violence Relationship (IPV) at a very young age. It amazed me how I am still here. I survived to tell my story.

At many times in our lives, we had people who expressed their opinions about our future(s). Many of those opinions are sometimes best to ignore when they affect our mental health. We are growing into finding what our dreams are and how we can achieve them. All we need is a little encouragement and guidance.

Triggers pulls the worst out of you, it will have people thinking they are right on their thoughts about you. The funny thing about that is folks will never say, they don't truly know you.

Don't you hate how you was treated as a child? Then why do it to your child or children?

My redo moment would be my childhood. I owe her my everything.

The universe is listening, the universe is watching. Never lose the good qualities of yourself, you may never know how the universe will flip da script on you.

Only you will know when you're beyond fed up with a situation and only you can change it.

What helps you stay motivated?  

Taking accountability is part of life as we are growing everyday. It's not a bad thing, when things can be fix, conversations can be civil, and understanding can be acknowledge. Sometimes! 

The last conversation with my sister was a rough one to get through. Only if I could go back in time.
