This magical combination doesn’t happen by accident… it’s both a top down and bottom up approach.
Cheryl also shares her most difficult conversation: a clean up conversation with a close friend that she let down. If you have a relationship that you’ve left dangling, you’ll find the ease with which she repaired bridges to be inspiring.

Rebecca is the VP of operations at FMO media out of Atlanta and steers the helm of operations at FMO Media with an eagle eye for efficiency and a maestro’s touch in digital strategy. She's the backbone of the production and marketing teams, pioneering systems that transform challenges into seamless workflows. She spent her early career working with theatre and nonprofit arts organizations. When I found that she was interested in our podcast and had a background in theatre and working in non-profit organizations, I jumped at the chance to have her on because I also have a theatre background and work with non-profits. Rebecca says that she thrives on coaching her team and she is a firm believer in empowering others, and her goal is to foster stronger leaders, cohesive teams and well-rounded individuals. Rebecca is 100% in alignment with the theme of this podcast.
