There are so many people in the world today that are fighting with so many mental illnesses. 

If you do a quick google search on depression, it states that more than 264 million people of all shapes and sizes suffer from depression. 

264 million people... that number is staggering.

So many of us are stressed out, burned out, and have this overwhelming feeling of just plain lost. It is hard to see where our future is heading.

 In today's episode, we are going to talk about being someones someone, conquering depression and other mental illnesses, and how I battle with burn out.

 Does not serve the world. 

 There's nothing enlightened about shrinking 

 So that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, 

 As children do. 

 We were born to make manifest 

 The glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; 

 It's in everyone.

And as we let our light shine, 

 We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. 

 As we're liberated from our own fear, 

 Our presence automatically liberates others.

My friends, please, don't be afraid to let your light shine.

There may be someone in your life waiting for you to shine it so they can have the permission to do the same.

Its time we liberate ourselves from our fear, so our presence can liberate others!! 

Remember, you are born for greatness. You were designed to shine.

The pressure in life is here so we can become stronger in life.
This struggle right now is a very very good thing.

You are taking a step into the next level of your life.

You might not even be aware of it currently because the pressure can be overwhelming.
Trust me on this, I am with you. I am feeling the pressure of life constantly on my back every day.
