Truth is the impassioned ability you hold to acknowledge ‘what is’ ~ (e.g. what is factual).

 

In this episode (inspired by a recent ‘live’ session), I highlight one of the most valuable practices for knowing your truth ~ for exercising the connection you hold with the source within ~ in which truth lives ~ and to this direct communication with your highest or ‘spiritual’ self.
