Matt Teague is a Crisis Therapist that works in a partnership program with the Durango Police Department. Matt has a Masters in Social Work and is a seasoned crisis therapist and steward to his community. The program and work Matt does is really cool and I think something everyone should know about in order to get more awareness and funding across the country. He is also an ultra runner and aspiring ambassador of Welches fruit snacks :)

Michelle Knafla, aka Fuelmyrun, started running with purpose in 2010 and knew it would define her life from there on out. After participating in numerous 10ks, half, and full marathons she decided to pivot her love for running into coaching; combining her interest in health and fitness with her other passion of working with others to hit their full potential. She  tells us what it is like growing up in a family of 6 siblings and being a college athlete while also earning a double major. Liz has worked her butt off early on in her career in order to get higher status faster and be able to enjoy those free flights!
