The program and work Matt does is really cool and I think something everyone should know about in order to get more awareness and funding across the country. Michelle Knafla, aka Fuelmyrun, started running with purpose in 2010 and knew it would define her life from there on out. After participating in numerous 10ks, half, and full marathons she decided to pivot her love for running into coaching; combining her interest in health and fitness with her other passion of working with others to hit their full potential. Liz Jones is a commercial pilot for United Airlines currently based out of Denver. And her story of how she got there is one of great discipline. She tells us what it is like growing up in a family of 6 siblings and being a college athlete while also earning a double major. Liz has worked her butt off early on in her career in order to get higher status faster and be able to enjoy those free flights! Liz is such a kind heart and answered all of my silly airline and life of a pilot questions so graciously- if you are anything like me and wonder about what the life of a pilot is like this is a great episode for you!
