@glitchers5417 are a two piece post-hardcore band. Regularly touring all around the UK, Jake and Sophie have a unique approach to gigging in that they can often be found in your local town centre as opposed to the basement of a venue. Earlier this year I had the opportunity to sit down and discuss this with them, covering everything from mics vs megaphones to playing the aftershow for My Chemical Romance (and Ed Sheeran)

Appocaholics are a three piece high energy post-punk band from the West Midlands, UK. Combining catchy lyrics with great melodies, a tight rhythm section, and welcoming, friendly faces, Ed, Will, and Toby have a healthy and dedicated attitude towards the work required to progress in the music industry. I strongly recommend seeing them perform live!

This is the first of three episodes that have been in the pipeline for a couple of months with independent bands. Massasauga (pronounced Mas-ass-arg-a) are a two piece doom rock n' roll band based in Coventry in the UK. Taking influence from folklore and classic cinema, this band are building a dedicated following across the West Midlands, Australia, Mexico and Germany. I'm very grateful they took the time out of their schedules to tell me their story.
