Beth Abeln flexed in the morning by getting to the studio in time. That surprised me. - Not because she's a woman, just because she and her boyfriend both told me she doesn't wake up early and that she may not wake up.

We discuss getting away with murders, protein bars, reinvent math. Along with that, we teach Beth a few words that she uses out of context that she should definitely change, and figure out Beth's finishing move for wrestling matches.

Beth has been around the comedy scene for a while now and she's a funny pal! She also hosts an open mic with Blaise on Mondays in West Fargo at The Dive Bar. Don't mess with her because she is a body builder and very strong.

Casey Flesch rolled over from the right side of the bed to call in and chat with us today! He's big into hockey and golf. So of course we talked those things. But we also got into talking dinosaurs, shopping with a do do bird on your head, mom's with multiple nipples and guys with 3 toes. Listen to the whole thing for our smooth transitions to each topic!

This week we have Trevor Anderson get up with us! He's used to getting up relatively early since he's the first father of a human child to join our show. (Even though he can usually go back to bed after getting the kiddo ready)

He's one of the funniest dudes in Minneapolis, is a stellar comic, plays in a rad band - "The Brothers Allmanac", does woodworking, runs half marathons, and can do pretty much anything else you can think of.

We talk a lot about spatulas, how he's completing a half marathon in between shows this weekend, and a whole bunch of other fun nonsense.

I met Trevor last time he did comedy in Fargo and right away when you meet him you realize he is overall one of the nicest, most genuine dudes around. Go support him.
