Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/iworkforme)Chatting to Trizanne was so eye opening. She reveals her journey to becoming a wine maker (nope she wasn’t born on a wine farm and didn’t inherit any land), as well as the risks she took to get her business off the ground and how all the blood, sweat and tears (& wine) paid off in the end. We chat about networking, failing and pushing on! It’s a great interview with one of the few female wine makers in South Africa. Definitely grab a cuppa (or a glass of the good stuff) and listen in.

Chatting to Diane was definitely a 'big girl' moment for me! Diane is a woman who has created, run and sold her own big businesses. She has since evolved her offering to develop her own IP in the form of a programme called the Diamond Plan in order to become a Business Enabler & Growth Accelerator, working with business owners for growth. I learnt a huge amount from her and would encourage all business owners to listen in on how to take their businesses to the next level. She is a entrepreneur rock star!
