  • Interview with Joanne Macgregor - author, therapist, teacher and trainer.

What a treat to interview Joanne! I'm a bit of a fan girl because I love Joanne's books (and she is tall too) and she is a successful author writing 'in' America whilst living in SA. We talk a bit about books and publishing (of course!), how Joanne started out and her advice for starting a side gig. This is a great interview to listen to if you want to pursue a creative side gig! So grab a cuppa and settle in. Please subscribe

  • A short thought on excellence with me

An unexpected break in the Western Cape - as we are now allowed to travel intra-provincially - left me slightly unprepared. To boot, a lack of signal and WiFi in our mountain cottage swept aside my delusions of working before the family woke up each morning. It’s all good though, as the cold reminded me about why it’s important to be excellent in what we do! Don’t be half baked. I hope these 4 quick minutes will inspire you to stick to being excellent- anything less isn’t worth it. Have a great week and back to big bold amazing South Africans next week!
