Its easy to get tricked into believing that discipline means making ourselves do things we hate but when we find something we enjoy the discipline involves " not doing things" which will waste our time or take away from what we love doing.
The discipline in healthy eating usually is in " not eating " crap food, the discipline in getting up early is in " not snoozing " thr alarm.
We dont need to push ourselves to do things we hate , why not instead try new things to find a passion and then use discipline to cut out distractions ๐๐
