If you want to share the Inside Out understanding in businesses, then you need to know what they're interested in. Businesses are NOT usually motivated by wellbeing or learning about psychology. They aren't interested to learn about the Inside-Out understanding. So what do you do? The answer is you need to start your conversation that inspires their curiosity.

Elizabeth Lovius has spent years as a consultant and trainer. She knows what businesses want and has distilled these areas into three key points.

  • Performance (the numbers)
  • Teams (collaboration and relationships)
  • Innovation (being at the cutting edge)

In this far-reaching conversation Elizabeth explains her 'Five Cs model' and explains how she would use this to engage with a businesses. The five Cs are:

  1. Clarity
  2. Confidence
  3. Collaboration
  4. Creativity.
  5. The fifth C (which is the one that impacts all the others) is Core

Elizabeth ultimately knows that when someone is interested in aligning with their core (one of the five Cs) then their business and their teams will flourish.
