In this message, Bishop Malcolm draws a parallel between Adam and Christ. According to Bishop Malcolm, Jesus Christ was last Adam and the head of the redeemed family, just as the first Adam was the head of the human family. Bishop Malcolm went on to say, Jesus Christ was tempted just like Adam was. However. Christ defeated the enemy in a Wilderness while Adam was defeated by the enemy in a Garden. Therefore, victory is always linked to our psychology, our way of thinking and believing and not to our circumstance, so that even in the worse of circumstances, the enemy can still be defeated.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm talks about faith, the various types of faith we will need. According to Bishop Malcolm, we do not just walk by faith but we walk by growing our faith. Therefore, if we get our faith wrong, then we often become angry with God and mad at the church. Bishop Malcolm also stated that they are different levels of faith, the first level is hope. Hope is the faith to get out of a negative situation. The next level of faith after hope is called Trust, which is the faith to get through a situation we cannot control. After trust, the next level of faith is Aspiration, which is the faith to get more from God. Bishop Malcolm goes on to say, the faith that gets us out (hope) will not get us through, the faith that gets us through (trust), will not us more. Therefore as we walk by faith in our faith journey, we need to be growing and feeding our faith at the same time so we are ready to move with our faith to deal with any situation we find ourselves in.

Bishop Malcolm goes on to say, this season is Gods way of resetting the church, moving the church away from a building back into the household, allowing us to rediscover personal faith, personal commitment, personal consecration, family worship, family devotion, family commitment to God and conversations about the bible and Jesus in our homes. Bishop Malcolm also stated that God is not sleeping, God has not abandoned us, it is not the end of the world. However, it's going to take faith to see God at work in this hour and it is only when we can see God at work, that we will experience greater levels of victory.

According to Pastor Thomas, sometimes we will hear some instruction, wisdom or direction from people that God has placed in our lives that might make us feel uncomfortable because at times we like to hear instructions that compliments what we are thinking. When God gives instructions, it may not be as glamorous as we expect it to be. However, God is always in control and He will take us through it.

We negotiate and navigate tensions between our strengths and weaknesses because none of us is strong in every area of our lives. According to Bishop Malcolm, our weaknesses are not our enemy and they can become our friend if we would make them our servant and not our master. Bishop Malcolm also goes on to say, our weakness can serve our interest if we learn to use them to our advantage. Our weakness also gives God the opportunity to manifest his strength because with God all things are possible and if we were strong in every area of our lives, then we will never know the strength of God.
