In this message, Bishop Malcolm claims that attention is a form of spiritual currency and we can purchase the best or worse of it simply by paying for it with our attention. Therefore we must understand that our attention is magnetic and will attract whatever we purchase with it. Bishop Malcolm also went on to say that when we want Gods attention we tend to shout. However, when God wants our attention, he goes quiet and calls us with a still small voice.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about personally feeling under siege especially during the lockdown. The feeling of being cut off from what we are used to doing. According to Bishop Malcolm, the enemy knows that he cannot come in and take us, he knows that he cannot physically grab us and he is limited in his ability to paralyse our purpose. Therefore, the enemy will often employ the strategy of a siege against us to get us to surrender our destiny. Bishop Malcolm states that it is important to constantly acknowledge, confess and declare that our best days are ahead of us. Bishop Malcolm also goes on to say, in a siege situation fear not and know that we have more going for us than we do coming against us.

In this session of #BibleStudyWednesday, Bishop Malcolm speaks about the power of silence. According to Bishop Malcolm, when Jesus was found guilty and sentenced to death, he chose not to speak because choosing when to speak is an important strategy for victory. Bishop Malcolm states that many people are loosing or delaying their victory because they do not know when to be silent and when to speak. Therefore in times of trouble, whenever we are surrounded and cannot fight, stand still and see what God will do. Meaning, we stand still in our hearts, we stand still in our soul and we stand still in our emotions. Bishop Malcolm also went on to say, we move to a place of stillness while we physically engage in our daily activities.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm claims that due to the nature of the Christian journey, we fall down multiple times but we get up. According to Bishop Malcolm, Christians like everyone else, experience the good, bad and ugly, disappointment, frustration, infirmity in the body and seasons of instability and uncertainty.  Bishop Malcolm also goes on to say, as Christians we are not immune from the circumstances of life. However, what sets up apart is our ability to get back up again because God will always bring us back from what seems like an impossible situation for us.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm draws a parallel between Adam and Christ. According to Bishop Malcolm, Jesus Christ was last Adam and the head of the redeemed family, just as the first Adam was the head of the human family. Bishop Malcolm went on to say, Jesus Christ was tempted just like Adam was. However. Christ defeated the enemy in a Wilderness while Adam was defeated by the enemy in a Garden. Therefore, victory is always linked to our psychology, our way of thinking and believing and not to our circumstance, so that even in the worse of circumstances, the enemy can still be defeated.
