In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about trying the spirits to see if they are of God or the devil. According to Bishop Malcolm, we should not automatically believe every spiritual impulse or inclination but we have the right to test the spirit. Bishop Malcolm also goes on to say as Christians, it is important that we get comfortable with putting our inclinations and senses through a test. Bishop Malcolm also goes on to describe the various ways we can test our feelings and inclinations and claims it is important for us to know this because they are a lot of people who are misrepresenting God and if we are not careful we will fall prey to their schemes.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about growth and compares the leadership of Moses and Joshua. According to Bishop Malcolm, under the leadership of Moses, Isreal was still a baby so God carried them while they were in the wilderness, God fed them and their cloths and shoes grew with them. However, under Joshua's leadership, Isreal had to grow up before they could repossess the Promise Land. Meaning they had to find their own food, water and clothing as part of the growth process. Thus, concluding that growth requires us to leave our comfort zone behind before we can discover and tap into the power that God gave us.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about Emotional Intelligence. Bishop Malcolm states that according to Daniel Goleman, if we are not in command of our emotions then regardless of how smart we are, how good we are, or how much technical skills we have, we will not get very far.  Bishop Malcolm also went on to say, that quote exposed the fatal floor of our educational system which focuses on academic achievements and technical skill, whilst ignoring skills that enable us to work with people effectively such as social intelligence and social skills. Thus, making it extremely important for us as individuals to make it a priority to develop our emotional intelligence.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about understanding our comfort zone, which he also refers to as our familiar zone.  According to Bishop Malcolm, Miracles only ever happen outside your comfort zone and they never happen inside the comfort zone. Bishop Malcolm also went on to say that when Peter walked on water, he was not really walking on water but he was walking on Gods word. Plus, Peter only walked on the water outside of the boat and was unable to walk on the water inside the boat. Therefore we must all learn to get out of the boat, learn to work outside of our comfort zone because that is where the true miracle happens.

In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about how we can develop the capacity to know when God is speaking to us and what God is saying to us. According to Bishop Malcolm, the critical success factor as a believer is being able to develop an ear for God. Bishop Malcolm also claims that our spiritual life is linked to every word that comes out of the mouth of God. Therefore, if we are unable to hear what God is saying, it makes it impossible to flourish and grow in order to live the life that God intended for us.
