Als Jesus seine Jünger aufforderte, mit dem Boot zum anderen Seeufer aufzubrechen, rechneten sie nicht mit dem Sturm, der ihren Glauben herausfordern würde. Wenn Jesus dich auffordert, zu neuen Ufern aufzubrechen, ist das seine Verheissung an dich. Der Weg dorthin kann jedoch stürmisch sein. Dann wirst du dich fragen, ob du ihn falsch verstanden oder etwas falsch gemacht hast. Und überhaupt - warum schläft Jesus im Boot mitten im Sturm? Interessiert er sich nicht für deine Sorgen? Jesus kann mit einem einzigen Wort den Druck von dir nehmen- jedoch nach seinem Zeitplan. Gott nutzt Druck zum Guten, um dein Leben zu formen. Aber er lässt dich nicht zerbrechen. Und so wird schlussendlich dein Sturm zu deinem Zeugnis.

Auch in deinem Leben gibt es Menschen, die Gott zum richtigen Zeitpunkt zu dir bringt. Dann aber stritten sich Paulus und Barnabas und sie trennten sich. Aus welchem Grund auch immer Freundschaften in deinem Leben auseinandergehen, trenne dich von diesen Freunden immer mit Gottes Segen. Bringe deinen Frust und deine Verletzungen ans Kreuz und proklamiere trotz allem Positives über diese Menschen. Auch wenn es nur eine positive Sache ist, die dir einfällt. Denn du bist kein Opfer und Mitleid heilt dich nicht. Bewahre dir ein weiches Herz, an dem Gott arbeiten kann, damit du diese Verletzungen nicht weitergibst.

Durch die ganze Bibel hindurch werden aber immer wieder Frauen erwähnt, die in Gemeinden eine einflussreiche Rolle spielten, wie z.B. Maria, Priszilla oder Lydia. Wie kam es also zu dieser Aussage? Lass dir einen spannenden Einblick in die Kultur des frühen Korinths geben, und wie die Herausforderung der christlichen Gemeinde dort auch noch heute für jede Gemeinde eine ist. Das Thema der Frau steht stellvertretend für jedes andere gesellschaftliche oder politische Thema, das einen Graben zwischen der Kultur einer Gesellschaft und den göttlichen Wahrheiten darstellt. Als Christin oder Christ geht es darum, wie dieser Graben überwunden werden kann, damit Menschen Jesus kennenlernen.

Today is really celebrated! And the kindness and grace of God, who may experience the ICF Church for 25 years. God has done so many wonders for this church and their people. And that, because people decided to take the yoke of God to align their whole life for God and so to start and build the ICF. God also has great plans for you and they are unstoppable, if you say yes to your yoke. Take the opportunity and please tell God you want to wear you. God says that the yoke will be tailor made for you and his weight will not break you.

Heute wird so richtig gefeiert! Und zwar die Güte und die Gnade Gottes, die die ICF Church seit 25 Jahren erleben darf. Gott hat so viele Wunder für diese Kirche und ihre Menschen getan. Und das, weil Menschen sich entschieden, das Joch Gottes auf sich zu nehmen, ihr ganzes Leben nach Gott auszurichten und so das ICF zu gründen und aufzubauen. Gott hat auch für dich grosse Pläne und sie sind unaufhaltsam, wenn du Ja zu deinem Joch sagst. Nutze die Gelegenheit und bitte Gott dir aufzuzeigen, welches Joch er dir anziehen will. Gott sagt, dass das Joch massgeschneidert für dich sein wird und sein Gewicht dich nicht zerbrechen wird.

Baptism is an important milestone for us Christians. Jesus was also baptized. Through his baptism became clear, Jesus is God's son and that also applies to us. We are the sons and the daughters of God. That's our status. What does that mean now? We passed the baptism by the spiritual poverty to a new life. Sometimes we are checked afterwards.
