I was in a soliloquy someday this month. I try to have conversations with myself when there is no one to talk to me. Or when I don't have the energy to speak to anyone. I have been craving therapy, and this is my type of therapy. Probably the first session, which I got to share with you guys. 

Are we the versions of ourselves we create or does the environment dictate who we get to be, with who and when?
