Goals are great, but if you don't have anything to anchor your goal/s to, then it's hard to know if you've reached it.  We call these broad goals 'macro goals' and they help get you inspired.

If you don't break those macro goals down into micro goals you can quickly get frustrated and even depressed when you feel like you're not making progress.

In this episode, we give a few examples of macro goals and the process of creating micro goals.  Micro goals aren't just important for achieving your dreams but they give you a chance to celebrate smaller wins on your journey.

The radio segways right into the new segment.  YouTube suggests the next video in your new rabbit hole obsession, (though thankfully you can toggle the auto-play off)! Social media’s endless scroll keeps our attention hypnotized on other people’s highlight-reel versions of life.

There are a lot of brands today that are using the power of momentum to help their consumers easily stay attached to their service. Sometimes, these are to our benefit (e.g., healthy meal box subscriptions), but many times to our detriment (e.g., encouraging binge consumption).
