What can you when your market changes, or prices change to the point where your once successful business is unsustainable? What can you do in a catastrophe? What can you do to merge to grow, and not disappear? What if you run out of resources? What is you run out of the will to do your business? Where are you vulnerable? How can you pivot? How can you innovate?

In Episode 99 of Idea Diary - Today, I talk about having hope for events. I think smaller events can happen at a large scale using the internet, but including local in-person elements of conferences. Also, I think smaller more intimate concerts could be a good thing for artists, and a focus on building more outdoor event spaces. Anything can happen, don’t give up, and don’t focus just on online conferences. I am very excited by VR events, but we are not in a mainstream situation where normal people have VR headsets...but it's coming! There are more solutions than you think!
