David Shands is an inspiration to anyone with an idea to create what doesn’t yet exist. With entrepreneurship being his overarching area of expertise, David works to inspire and uplift many with his brand tag line “If you lose sleep doing what you love, you will eventually live the dream that you only would have dreamt”. Dr Rhonda Bryant is a truth-seeker, truth-teller, and truth-maker. As an expert on child/youth development and education policy, she has worked for over 20 years as an advocate for fair policies and programming to benefit America’s youth. 1. Every new level of success requires a shift of mindset
Each time we approach an upper limit, we face obstacles internally to get past that barrier. In order to grow and overcome what is holding us back we need to shift our mindset.
2. Transactions need to take place for full transformation to occur
The real transformation doesn't happen until someone has paid for a service. Transaction has to be in alignment with the value being given. Jereshia challenged us to not get into the business of counting our prospects money and determining what they cannot pay.
3. Don't be a spork, be a specialist
Jereshia challenged us to not try to be all things to all people. But to use the POP method - Pick One Person, Pick One Problem and Package one Process. In doing this we become a go to expert and specialist in an area and we are able to charge more for our products and services.
