Doing / Attractive —> 2min or less do it know, quantity over quality - one picture v 100, optimize for the STARTING LINE
Liking / Satisfying —> like it stick to it…reward now in the moment teach next generation
Motivation or Plan - when, where, how (gives Clarity)
Keep few steps between good behaviour
Put many steps between bad behaviour
brushing teeth (old habit)
mobile phone in bag away from me or delete apps on phone.
