Today’s encore edition is the second part of last week’s episode, where we take a closer look at what the law says about IEP eligibility. This part focuses on the “other health impairments” (OHI) category. As a reminder, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), sets forth 13 eligibility categories, and each state is allowed to expand (but not shrink) these categories in their implementation.
