Today I sat down with Ariel Marrero and discussed how a series of Big Yes's helped her to truly find herself - through both triumph & grief, I hope you learn so much from her story.
Ariel is a women’s health and fitness coach dedicated to helping women become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves—inside and out. With nearly seven years in the fitness industry, she’s a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Mastery Method Coach who has guided over 400 women through lasting lifestyle transformations.
Her journey began with her own transformation—shifting from feeling weak and out of control in her life, to stepping into her power and purpose.
Now, she’s on a mission to put a barbell in the hands of as many women as possible and empower them to take up space—in the gym and in life.
Have you ever felt that gentle nudge telling you there's something more? That the path you carefully planned might not be the one you're meant to take?
I'm Marisa Switzer, and this is 'If I Hadn't Said Yes' - stories of surrender and the pursuit of purpose. Each week, I sit down with women who've trusted their journey, stepped into the unknown, and discovered their true calling along the way.
Whether you're feeling called to make a change or simply seeking inspiration from others who've taken the leap, this is your invitation to explore what might be possible if you say yes
