This episode gets a little ranty and rambley š Iām pretty sure I was malnourished from forgetting to eat all day⦠which is weird because I am discussing my fitness and nutrition leading into my upcoming sheep hunt and fall season⦠over the past 3 1/2 months I have lost 35 lbs and found some new ways to stay on track that hopefully will transfer once the September āgrindā is over and āwhitetail fitā season begins. As always, you may not learn a ton from this one but you may get a laugh out of my ignorance with the subject š and if nothing else it should push you to say, ā if that idiot can do it, then I should be able to lose 50!ā #mowitdown!
