This week, we’re joined by Lindsay Porter, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Lindsay specializes in rehabilitation, reconditioning, strength, and wellness. Her passion is to help women stay active and strong through every stage of life.
In this conversation, we talk about falling back into balance; how to navigate changing routines, manage unexpected setbacks, and build flexible plans that support your health through life’s different seasons. Lindsay shares practical advice for when to rest versus when to push through, how to create backup plans for busy weeks, and what it really takes to stay consistent when life gets messy.
We also dive into the unique challenges women face during postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, exploring how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through hormonal shifts, changing energy levels, and evolving priorities.
If you’ve ever fallen off your routine or struggled to get back on track, this episode will remind you that balance isn’t about perfection; It’s about preparation, adaptability, and grace.
