I started taking some questions on Instagram from people about some struggles they are facing. This is the first episode where members of GEN Z asked, "How do I not feel hopeless when the problems in this world are so big?" I talk strategies that I deploy when I feel that way as long as share a lesson from my grandfather.

You know that we like to take on the hard issues, and like to normalize having discussions with people who disagree with us. With all the attention on abortion lately, we had to jump in and talk about it.
