This Podcast was one I have been wanting to record for a long time. But I was leaning into it, leaning out of it, and not stepping up to it, because it is often a tough to talk about.

But without a good relationship to this, life is much harder to live fully. Plus you are more likely to be plagued and hampered by fear.
