Happy Friday friends and readers! It's that time of week again, when IGN UK's finest descend upon our microphones to bring you whimsy and insanity in equal measure. This week, we've even managed to coerce a couple of Lionhead's finest into joining us!
We start off with Luke, Stu and Chris dissecting the week's biggest news, from the shock revelation that BioShock creator Irrational is hugely downsizing to the Titanfall announcements, and we even find time to chat about the Fantastic Four casting.
Following that, Alex and Krupa sit down with the esteemed Tim and Craig from Fable Anniversary developer Lionhead to chat all about the game and life at the studio.
Then it's back to LSC (see, it's like a drug but not 'cos we're good boys) to guide you home. Oh what larks await you! There may not be a full video version this week for reasons beyond our control (or continuing incompetence on our part) but you can check out the segment with the Fable boys below, then click through the link or download to listen at your leisure!

Let us start this week with an apology. Two apologies in fact. First up, there's no video for reasons we won't go into. It certainly wasn't down to incompetence though, nor was it because Stuart is insecure he hasn't had a haircut in about four months. Nope. Definitely neither of those.
The second apology is that the sound is a bit dodgy this week. Which is a shame as there's a fair amount of hilarity as Stu, Chris and Luke cover all the news from the Lex Luthor rumours to the lack of multiplayer in games like The Order: 1886. We also chat about the misogyny that is The Expendabelles and the decision to redesign Sonic and the gang. For the love of God, someone show Knuckles some leg exercises.
There's also a lot of chat about Reservoir Dogs, as Chris and Stu apparently don't know any other films.
Normal sound quality and video will return next week, thanks for bearing with us! In the meantime, download or click below to listen at your leisure. Enjoy your weekends, and we'll see you next week!

There's been a lot happening this week. A lorra lorra lot. So much, in fact, that we rushed to get through it all and accidentally managed to make the podcast shorter than usual. Whoops. Still. Think of it as a more concentrated offering, like Splenda. Splenda for your EARS. Yum.
So, in this Splend-iferous episode of the podcast, Luke, Alex and Chris tackle everything that's been going on this week from Nintendo's ongoing financial struggles to all Microsoft's Xbox One rumours, from the exciting announcement of the PS Vita Slim (worst kept secret, ever) to the... interesting X-Men images that came out this week. Are we sure the dude playing Toad doesn't have mumps? I mean, has anyone actually checked he's okay?
So have a listen, or a watch if that's more your thing, as we ramble our way along and as usual narrowly avoid ballsing it all up. On the plus side, no one nearly sh**s themselves this week. Which is always a plus.
Enjoy!

It's that time of week again! Yes, the IGN UK Podcast has once more arrived to burrow into your earholes like a curious cockroach.
This week sees Luke, Stu, Alex and Chris in the hot seats, taking on your feedback and discussing the biggest game and movie stories of the day. What are our thoughts about Mario not coming to smartphones? Have we hidden all the sharp objects following the delay of Batman vs. Superman? We know the answers, but we're not telling you. You'll just have to listen to find out!
There's also an unfortunate moment where one of our trusty crew is laid low by the call of nature. Try not to judge him too harshly, for it can happen to the best of us.
Enjoy!
