You are actually hindering people if you give them everything for free. The fact is that if we exchange something that's valuable to us we will put more effort and energy into it. If you're an author, coach or a speaker who is not getting good results, your fees may be too low.

You need to determine how you are going to differentiate yourself. By niching down and specializing you can become known in the marketplace.
