Jesus the Wonderful Counselor
In this episode, we reflect on the revelation that Jesus is a wonder both in His person and in His wisdom. From Isaiah 9:6, we see Him not only as the Son given to us and the One upon whose shoulders the government rests, but also as the Wonderful Counselor.
What makes Jesus a Wonderful Counsellor? He knows when to tell you what you need to hear, and He knows how to tell you what you need to hear. He gives the right word for the right season, leads us gently into truth, and withholds nothing that is good while also protecting us from what we are not yet ready to carry.

In this episode, we reflect on a powerful question: Why do people think too highly of themselves? Through prayer, meditation, and the revelation of Scripture, this message uncovers a simple but life-changing answer: pride grows when our eyes remain fixed on ourselves, but humility grows when our gaze is set on the Lord.
Drawing from Isaiah 6:1–5, this episode shows how Isaiah’s encounter with the holiness and majesty of God immediately brought conviction, clarity, and a deep awareness of his own condition. The more we behold the Lord, the less fascinated we become with ourselves, and the more committed we become to growth, transformation, and becoming like Christ.
You will also hear three practical ways to keep your gaze on the Lord:
through the Word, prayer, and worship. Each of these keeps Christ before us, corrects our self-image, and helps us walk in humility and steady spiritual progress.
This is a call to lift your eyes from self and fix them on Jesus, the One who reveals, transforms, and preserves us from pride.

In this episode of Igniting Your Day, we reflect on 2 Peter 1:1–9 and the difference between the empty promises of the world and the great and precious promises of God.
This message begins with a striking picture: attractive headlines that promise much but deliver nothing. From there, we are led into a deeper spiritual reality — that while the world offers slogans, manipulation, and systems shaped by greed, selfishness, and corruption, God has given His people promises that are real, powerful, and life-giving.
