This time around I sit down with Nazida! This woman is an extremely well rounded and intelligent individual. She speaks 5 different languages and is well on her way to conquer all of her goals in life. Sometimes in life, certain things hold you back and put a hold on your plans. Nazida starts off with where and how she was raised. Then, slowly goes into the big problem of Domestic Violence! People don't understand how much of a problem this really is. This is something that EVERYONE SHOULD LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND. I learned so much from Nazida just sitting down with her and picking her brain and listening to her stories.

Darrell Dubbz Williams, uknowingly, I've known him for over 10 years and it has gone by so fast. Remembering a time where I followed him around to get a haircut from barber shop to barber shop and where he is now is remarkable!!! Dubbz is now going after what he wants in life with no intention to slow down. Going through hard times can really change a perspective to life and make you a little more greatful with what you have in life. Take the opportunites you have by the balls (or ovaries haha) and conquer them. This whole Interview was a blast as he was cutting hair at the same time in his barber shop. Let's be completely honest here people, Domestic Violence is a problem around the world and it's been hidden and not talked about, until athletes or big name people do it and get caught. It is time to bring it to the surface! Lisy agreed to do an interview with her experience of domestic violence and how she dealt with it. Listening to people struggle is NOT something I like to do but in situations such as these, it's something that needs to be talked about. This topic can be hard to dance around and I'm sure you know people who are being abused, without even knowing it! I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO TELL AT LEAST 3 PEOPLE ABOUT THIS EPISODE SO WE CAN MAKE A BETTER CASE AND EXPLOIT THAT THIS IS NOT OK!!

This episode was such a blast as I met Pat Gallio. Who is she and where did she come from?! This woman is amazing! The conversation we dove into was far behind what I expected but much needed. She speaks about how her life transformed and shaped at an early age but also how the door wasn't closed as she got older. Opportunities came knockin and she grasped them in the palm of her hand kicked their asses! Pat really explains things in a great sense and an honest heart, which most of us don't do. This whole episode really sums up to YOU and how you will take this advice and carry it through YOUR life. Ball is in your court....Whatcha gonna do?!

So taking a vacation across the pond in Paris, France I randomly run into Cans and D Johns, who I have not seen in 9 Years! What better place to do a podcast with these fine CHAPS then Paris, France!!! I have been a fan of these guys for a long time and the respect was always mutual. Much hard work was put in since I have seen these guys last. Now doing shows in many countries and having a successful fan base worldwide, we spit and chop things up and had a blast!

FINALLY! The Rock has come back....wait no haha! Anyway, after a small break and a great needed vacation The Bliss and That Show is here with episode 9! Shaun Hladki and DeShawn Hayes awaited my arrival to Grand Rapids, Michigan and I have to say they showed so much love and respect to me! I got to sit down with both of them and go through stories that they only scratched the surface with over the phone. The determination and goal oriented minds that these two have are one of a kind. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this interview as we sit in the brand new store of Rapid Nutrition, on its GRAND OPENING! The Shakes and the tea couldn't have been better! Also, the clothes that DeShawn hooked me up with was beyond amazing and I continue to seek fashion from him because, well, that's what he is there for!!
