This week, I sit down with gym owner and Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, Khama 'the Deathstar' Worthy. Khama and I have known each other for quite awhile now. He supported me with projects I did before the podcast and then was my 3rd episode of this podcast all these years back. We’ve stayed in touch since. Khama has been competing in combat sports for 14 years now. He has navigated his way through the world of fighting and experienced its glory and its wrath. The first episode we did was about how Khama was introduced into fighting. In the last episode, we spoke about making it to the UFC and being a -1000 underdog in his debut.
