This week, I sit down with Anaïs Saint-André Loughran for a sensational conversation about one of the greatest things that ever existed, CHEESE! Anaïs and her husband Chris own Chantal's Cheese right in the heart of Bloomfield. Chantal’s Cheese Shop is a place you can go to experience cheese in a way that is unique to others. Anaïs and the rest of the team encourage you to come in and educate yourself through a journey of tastes and welcomed questions for the cheese monger on duty! Personally, there is nothing I like more than being able to pick the brain of the person behind something I enjoy.
