Author Kelly Carlin sat down with me to share what it was like growing up as an only child with comedy legend George Carlin for a father and Brenda Carlin for a mother. We talked about life in the Carlin household, the illnesses that lead to her parents' deaths, growing up in the shadow of George and learning to step into his light, and the show and book she wrote about her family.
