Adrienne Ediger was a contestant on CTV's Farming For Love and was chosen at the end of the season.
For those who have watched we seen Adrienne's confident personality, carefree attitude and honest perspective play out in a way that made her a frontrunner in her group and a strong competitor.
Today I'm asking Adrienne for an update on all things Farming for love:
What her experience was like?
What happened after the final episode?
How was it living with other woman?
How did she stay confident?
Was she friends with any of the girls in her group?
In this conversation with Adrienne I hope you find valuable take aways about how to go after what you want, build confidence and how to not let the opinions of others stop you from doing what you want to do.
And yes, the question you've all been asking will finally be answered here.

As cringy as reality tv can be I believe my take with my experience will be valuable and inspirational.
I feel like we always hear reality tv personalities talk about how much they learned about themselves and my goal of these ( yes plural because I got interrupted by unexpected company) episodes this week is to share with you what I learned in this journey to find love.
I do have little juicy bits of my thoughts included and in today's short episode I'm just scratching the surface.
I also answer some of the messages I received in my inbox since being on Farming For Love.

Today is part #2 of the two step journey to choosing yourself.
In today's episode I discuss the dark and realistic reasons why choosing yourself is upmost importance. There's far to many of us that are living for others and neglecting ourselves. The goal of today's episode is to help you realize why and how to choose yourself by shading light on what people regret most.
Can you make a list of things you like about yourself?
Can you make room for others to show up as themselves authentically?
Do you have people in your life who have differences from you?
Are you afraid to let others down?
It's time to be less afraid of letting others down and be more afraid of letting yourself down.

Today I'm joined by Nicole Davis aka owner of Pole Trix and golden retriever dog mom.
Nicole has been brave, bold and kind enough to share her personal journey to sobriety with us today. Together it's our hope that we can shed light on how to help someone, how to support someone and what to do when helping someone that's possibly struggling with addiction.
We discus the struggles that she was faced with like running a business, losing excessive amounts of weight, isolation and losing 2 dogs while trying to recover.
Although this is a very personal and vulnerable conversation, we do have moments of light and laughter and we try to keep this as relatable as possible as addiction affects most of us on some level.
Before this conversation today I would have never guessed that there was a community of other golden retriever moms with addiction problems so Nicole thank you for letting us know that there is a community for you one that will make sense, one that will be similar to you and your story and one that you will fit in with.
A big message in today's conversation is finding the community that is right for you and I am thankful for Nicole sharing her story, her knowledge and her perspective on what that process looks like.
