Welcome to a new season of I’ll Show You Mine! To kick things off we’re returning to the Rocky franchise, Elyse is showing James ‘Rocky III’ from 1982. Continuing the saga of Rocky Balboa, ‘Rocky III’ depicts Rocky at the top of his game, having lost touch with his younger, hungrier self. A challenger, Clubber Lang, is gunning for the championship, and Rocky’s trainer Mickey worries that Rocky doesn’t have what it takes to stop him.
Join us as we talk about the diminishing returns of multiple sequels, glistening thighs, and how this movie is 99 minutes.
Things have been pretty busy for us so we’ll be releasing on a reduced schedule this season. One episode a month, except for April and October when we do our April Fools’ and Halloween episodes. Patreon is still live, you’ll still get the same rewards per episode over there but we understand if subscribers want to reduce or cancel your pledge if fewer episodes are a dealbreaker. As a reminder you can stay subscribed for as little as $1/month! As always, thanks for listening :)
