Aleeza discusses her diagnosis and the impact of self-education on her healing process. Aleeza shared her story of having a personality disorder and the impact on the family system. She discusses her involvement in the mental health system and the need for further education about mental illness in the community. Aleeza became an advocate because of her life experience and is now focused on developing her Tarot Business.

Tonya discusses her six-year battle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME). Over the course of six years she reevaluated her life and made slow changes to improve her quality of life by focusing on nutrition, support and love. Over this period of time she developed stronger bonds with her family who grew to become key supporters for her recovery. Tonya is now a public speaker working with women's empowerment.
