What are buyers looking for these days? It seems that on the Real Estate side buyers are getting more information on what they can ask for from the sellers. It can be concessions, it can be repairs, its interesting how things are changing because of all the access to information now. Buyers seem to be looking for those upgrades in homes that haven't had anything redone to them but sellers still ask for a high price tag. 

On the other side we have a new average high for what a car cost now, $50,000! Can you believe that? What are buyers looking for in new vehicles these days? Is it reliability, technology or MPG? It's so hard to buy a car in general now we are getting confused of which brand has what and whats going to last me in the years to come. What do they look for? 

All of us salesman and saleswomen hate this word. Lead Generation. Why? Because we are surrounded by to many videos to much content saying a lead generation tool is old or doesn't work in todays market. Why is that? Have you tried it? Have you done the tasks for 30 days, 60 days even 90 days? Is it hard to lead gen, yes it is! but its our bread and butter in sales. Find what works for you, find what gives you the best conversion rate. It is Door to Door, Dials, Text, Email, Direct Mail, Social Media, Events? OMG, everyone do you see where I'm going with this? There are too many ways to Lead Gen!
