This episode is about visiting the Oregon State prisons for men who went down to to participate in a program called set free them for men that are getting ready to get out of prison in 6-7 months normally not me normally there's about 20 men in the group or so very dollars all the time and we introduced ourselves and then we would break off in little groups and talk to them individually there were five or six of us and it just happened about me meeting a young gentleman named ray and that's what the host podcast is about lessons I learned and just be a little bit scary walking in our jail but I'm so glad I could get out so that's it
