Did you know that just 12% of the 89,000 paying customers of Chugach Electric vote for the Board Members of this public utility that impacts every customer's paycheck month in and month out ?
It should come as no surprise that left-leaning climate alarmists, hand-picked and funded primarily through the Alaska Center for the Environment (now known as just the Alaska Center to mask their identity) and Renewable Energy Alaska Project, dominate the Chugach Electric Board. And when these Board members oppose sensible, affordable, predictable strategies to provide energy...you and I pay more. And our freedoms are impeded.
On today's show, I was privileged to chat with Todd Lindley, a conservative, experienced mechanical engineer with years of work in the energy arena, about why it's so important to have a variety of voices on this Board. Southcentral Alaskans rate payers should not be held hostage by a leftist mindset more concerned with woke environmental ideology than affordable, predictable energy to take care of our families.

Those who look to him are radiant and their faces shall never be ashamed.— Psalms 34:5

To say that Terrisa Bukovinac is a unicorn might be an understatement.
As former President of Democrats for Life of America and a candidate for the Democratic nomination for U.S. President in 2024, Terrisa is now putting her hat in the ring against U.S. House member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
She's on the show today and is one of our speakers for the 2026 Alaska March for Life taking place in Anchorage on Saturday, April 25th. The day before, on Friday, April 24th, she'll be one of our trainers at a seminar called "Growing the Culture of Life in Alaska - Being a Better Communicator and Advocate" taking place at the Petroleum Club from 2pm to 5pm. Alaska Family Council is pleased to be hosting this important training in collaboration with our longtime friends at the Leadership Institute.
On the show today, we'll discuss how she became pro life, why she remains a Democrat and what we can do to reach people of all political stripes with the greatest civil rights issue of our time.
Please accept this invitation to tune in.

Campbell STEM, Alaska's first school specifically focused on science, technology, engineering and mathematics education, and one of the top performing schools in the Anchorage School District has been scheduled to be shut down.
There is a lot of outrage and disbelief.
Today, I chat with two parents of students at Campbell STEM to share their concerns, describe what actually transpired and give some opportunities, however slim, to help stop this from happening.

I am honored to have a discussion on the podcast/broadcast today with Rabbi Mendy Greenberg with the Mat-Su Jewish Center - a Chabad Lubavitch cultural center created for every Jew in the Valley to celebrate their heritage and have shalom. Click HERE to see how this Chabad House, one of thousands across the globe, was launched with help from across religious traditions.
Chabad, is an acronym for Chochmoh, Binah, Da'at (wisdom, understanding and knowledge); the name of a chassidic movement – predicated on the concept of studying and understanding God and His relationship with the world.
Rabbi Mendy is a gentle soul and made history back in 2022 as the youngest rabbi ever to deliver the daily opening prayer in the United States Senate.
