In this episode I talk about beginning my journey with therapy. I also dive into the a little bit information you should know about insurance and the use of EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) for therapy.

I have been a zombie for these last few months because the world is on fire and I don’t want to deal. Now that I’ve talked about it I think I can cope a little better.... well not really. I’m just talking. 😝

I found out I was pregnant on April First. It wasn’t a joke. Butt dialing causes some hesitant on moving in together. Just too much. Pray for us or just him.

I believe this is my 3rd or 4th time threatening to run away... I never did. Growth and the love of Music from 1994.

Apparently I got in trouble in school, because my parents were coming to meet with one of my teachers. I deal with being mean and sibling related colorism. Ha!

So I have been on a journey in therapy for the past 6 months. In the process of cleaning and moving one day, I found my childhood diary. Anyone that has gone to therapy or is in therapy knows that our life experiences, thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and attitudes are directly related to our childhood. So come with me on this journey, as I go back and read entries from my early teenage years. I will discuss how they tie into my current life, as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
