Kevin’s been on a wine run this week, which is exactly what it sounds like… and he’s not 100% sure he’d recommend it! The wine resulted in some post-run manscaping, and now he’s full of regret about the loss of his precious belly hair. Meanwhile, PJ has been teaching his mammy Nuala how to identify AI on the internet… while also worrying that he’s falling victim to it himself!

The theme for this week is lost media, as the boys have had some technology disasters this week and lost a full episode of the podcast! This unfortunate incident has inspired them to think about pieces of media that have disappeared- both intentionally and otherwise. They’re also thinking about what pieces of media they’d love to recover from their lives, and the stuff they wish would disappear forever!

PJ's been listening to Cher Lloyd and it's made him feel invincible, so get your swagger in check, girls! All this nostalgia has the lads reminiscing about playing run away knock as kids, and they're giving out advice to the adult victims... don't chase, it's what they want.

The theme for this week is things we wish we'd learned in school, and the boys are wondering why the girlies got to do home economics and they didn't? Although they don't envy them the panic of a night before double home ec with no ingredients in the gaff. They're also lamenting the fact that we were never taught the basics: money management, home cleaning and how to do a fierce smokey eye!

The lads are wondering why, as adults, we’re not using bunk beds anymore, and Kevin has decided there’s one in his very near future. PJ’s been at a hen over the weekend, and is starting a campaign to ban prosecco because the post-hen headache was next level.
