• Nectarine/raspberry salad with 5 spice dressing (the recipe here includes bacon which- nothing wrong with that.  The recipe in Simple does not have the bacon)

DIY Breakfast Burritos: tortilla, scrambled eggs, a little sausage, cheese, 4 tater tots, green onion, cilantro, wrapped in parchment.

Coriander-roasted Chicken from Milk Street

Pesto Chicken from forever ago. This version is close; I use feta, and a little cream. Can top with pine nuts.
